Blazar is a horizontal space shoot-em-up game where you need to stay alive as long as possible, while obtaining the highest score. Watch your enemies and powerups on your radar while shooting through the enemies you encounter. Upgrade your weapons to do massive damage to your foes.Your radar
Look at the bottom left corner of the screen to see your radar. Enemies and powerups appear on the radar while you fly through space. Your own ship appears as a large white dot on the radar, enemies are red and powerups are blue. Use the radar wisely to improve your skills.Weapons and powerups
You can collect a variety of weapons and powerups in the game to enhance your strength. Pick up a weapon you already have to receive an upgrade, or pick up a different weapon. You can also find powerups to increase your score and restore your shield. You will find the following weapons along your way:Rocket: this weapon will shoot strong rockets. It is powerful, but very slow. Spreader: this weapon shoots small bullets, collect more upgrades to increase its range. Charger: this weapon can charge large bullets depending on how long you press the 'fire' button. When auto-shot is toggled on, you can switch its strength with 'fire'. Controls
You can control your ship with your directional pad, 'fire' and 'start' buttons, or with your stylus (if available).Move your spaceship with the directional pad or by tapping your stylus. Use your weapon with 'fire' and pause or quit the game with 'start'. The 'fire' and 'start' buttons can be changed at the 'Assign Keys' screen. Good luck and have fun! |
